George Mamulaishvili
George is an expert in legislation, taxation, and management. He is an experienced consultant in the management and analysis of online and offline casinos, development of gambling business, and entry into Georgian, as well as the other markets of the post-Soviet space, Central Asia and the Balkans; analytical and financial consultant to a network of gambling houses, bookmakers and gaming clubs in Georgia; financial consultant on electronic wallets and payment systems. Highly skilled in negotiations, business planning, analysis, management, tax risk management and corporate financial reporting; an author of various publications on review and analysis of neighbouring gambling markets.
He has been working in the gambling business for more than ten years and participated in the development of numerous legislative changes. Since 2011, he has been taking direct part in the process of drafting and introduction of amendments to the Georgian legislation on gambling industry. For ten years, he was the CFO in one of the leading gambling companies in Georgia.
He heads the Administration of the Georgian Gambling Association since September 2021 and is an Executive Board Member of the Georgian Gambling Association since 2018.
George is the founder of Gambling Consulting Authority (GCA), an agency that specialises in providing strategic guidance, integrated solutions and services to drive the growth of the gambling industry, from start-ups to industry giants.
Has a Gold Certificate for Tax Legislation and Audit Procedures Program of the Academy of Taxation under the Ministry of Finance (2017, Tbilisi, Georgia) and a Certificate for International Financial Reporting Standards for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises under World Bank & European Union certification programme (2020).
